Important Terms and Conditions:

Please read carefully, by paying a deposit, transferring money, paying your invoice will indicate you unconditionally accept all terms, conditions and requirements herein and agree to act upon all the necessary components, steps and content contained herein before your event/tour or engaging Executive Golf Australia.

Payments – Corporate Events (Only)

Executive Golf Australia only accepts payment by direct bank transfer. Full payment details of our account can be found on your invoice. To fully secure your event, the full invoice amount must be paid within 14 days of the date of your invoice.

Pricing – Golf Tours and Golf Events

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however, Executive Golf Australia acts only as an agent and relies on information, pricing and costs provided to us from our suppliers. We will endeavour to bring to your attention any change in price prior to paying the balance of the event/tour. Please Note: some golf clubs, hotels, transfer companies and travel service providers reserve the right to increase their pricing due to increases in green fees, hotel accommodation charges, currency fluctuations, demand, and surcharges etc. Where the increase in price is greater than 15% of the original price of the quote, you may choose to either:

(a) cancel the applicable booking without incurring any penalty; or

(b) accept the change of price

You must notify Executive Golf Australia of your choice, in writing within 7 days of receipt of notice of the increase or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.

Modifications to the Service and Prices – Golf Tours and Golf Events

Prices for our events are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is only applicable for up to a 100%* refund up to 90 days prior to your event. Up to 30 days prior to your event you can receive up to a 50%* refund of your payment. Within 30 days of your event, no refund applies for monies paid for your event/tour booking. We reserve our right to pass on or charge an administration fee for this process*.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by the client (you the organiser) must be in writing, received and acknowledged by Executive Golf Australia in writing, a full 30 days prior to your event/tour and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:

  • Where applicable, cancellation before final balance payment is required: Deposit lost or option to transfer the full deposit to a subsequent event/tour may be offered.*
  • Cancellation after final balance payment has been completed: 100%* of the event/tour cost will be charged.

If the company is forced to cancel an event/tour, a full refund or option to transfer the full deposit to a subsequent event may be offered to the client. We reserve our right to pass on or charge an administration fee for this process.*

Weather and Postponements – Golf Tours and Golf Events

In the event of inclement weather, rain, wind, extreme heat, rain events, cyclones or any other related weather event on your day, each golf club will make the sole decision in the best interest of their golf course. If electric or motorised carts are being used and the Course Superintendent deems the course unfit for such carts your guests may be able to walk the course with pull buggies and the package fee may be suitably reduced. If the course is closed all efforts will generally be made to reschedule for another day. If the decision is made by ‘the club’ and if the course is playable and the organiser (you) decides to cancel the day, the organiser (you) will be liable for green fees, motorised cart hire, equipment hire, room hire, event arrangements, catering and all other associated event expenses. Exceptions may apply and are at the sole discretion of ‘the club’ and are generally made on a club by club basis.

If ‘you’ as the ‘organiser’ elects to not play golf (as arranged for your group), and the golf course is declared by the Course Superintendent to be open and playable, you as the ‘organiser’ will remain liable and responsible for full payment of your event/tour and all golf component costs as quoted.

Extra Fees and Charges – Golf Tours and Golf Events

Please also note any extra fees, charges and/or surcharges incurred in, during or after your event charged to Executive Golf Australia by our suppliers, providers, golf courses, banks that relate to the operation, hosting, running of your event/tour arrangements will be on-charged to ‘you’ the ‘organiser’.

Any surcharges we ‘Executive Golf Australia’ incur in relation to the organisation of your event by our providers will be passed on and charged if incurred. * We reserve our right create and pass on any administration fee associated and related to these extra fees incurred.

Insurance – Golf Tours and Golf Events

Prior to your event/tour please have all appropriate insurances in place to cover unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to, loss, injury, personal injury, disability, death, damage, travel, accidents, emergency services, repatriation, hospitalisation, surgical, medical, pharmaceutical, third-party property damage or injury, acts of nature, event/tour cost cancellation and any other related matters,  cancellation or other matters related to the above event/tour during your event/tour and related costs and expenses. ‘You’ as the ‘organiser’ or your insurer are therefore wholly liable for cost matters and all related and associated expenses, occurrences that may occur on the way to your event/tour, during your event/tour and after your event/tour. We ‘Executive Golf Australia’ and ‘Aquila Management Group’, accept no blame or liabilities for loss in monies, expenses, damage, or any others matters described, mentioned herein or matters not mentioned or described herein.

In the event of no valid insurance, ‘you’ as ‘organiser’ are therefore wholly liable for matters and all related and associated costs, expenses, damage (as above) to any party making claiming for compensation, payment in relation to your event/tour.

Golf Tours – Terms and Conditions

Payment – Golf Tours

The payment schedule is required as follows:
A 25% non-refundable deposit to accompany and confirm your reservation.
We only accept monies transferred via bank transactions. Direct debit payments.
The outstanding balance of your account will be required within 30 days before the date of your departure. Please Note: If a reservation is made less than 30 days before departure date, the full price is due immediately.

Cancellation Policy – Golf Tours

Cancellations by the client must be in writing and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure date: 20% of the package value lost. Cancellation between 45 and 7 before departure date: 50% of the package value lost. Cancellation less than 7 days before departure date: 100% of the package value lost. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this. We highly recommend Travel Insurance as your safeguard. See the Insurance section above within this document.

Refunds  – Golf Tours and Golf Events

No refunds will be made once travel has commenced; nor will any refund be available in respect of any tours, accommodation, hires, services or inclusions not utilized. We strongly recommend travel insurance (See the Insurance section above within this document) cover for such eventualities.

Weather interruptions to itineraries/tour packages are beyond our control. We will do all possible to rearrange services in such event, but cannot be held financially responsible for interruption under such circumstances. We strongly recommend travel insurance cover (See the Insurance and Weather sections above within this document) for such eventualities. Payments unused are non-refundable unless cancelled by the operator of the service.
The itinerary is subject to availability or courses and accommodations used for quotation.

Travel and accommodation – Golf Tours and Golf Events

Executive Golf Australia is not a carrier, hotelier or car hire operator. The flights, cruises, rail and coach journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation, car hire and any other components included in your holiday are provided by noted carriers and hoteliers on and under their own terms and conditions. It is important to note therefore that all bookings with Executive Golf Australia are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the various providers involved in your travel booking, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

Not included – Golf Tours and Golf Events

The costs of interstate and intrastate travel arrangements from their hometown too and from their choice of international departure city. The price of any passports and visa, items of a personal nature such as laundry, taxis, telephone calls, excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, postage and cables, drinks, room service, personal services, or meals unless specified and any fees or charges payable direct by you to a third party.

Air Travel – Golf Tours

All bookings are subject to the general terms and conditions of carriage of that carrier. Booking arrangements: All bookings are subject to the acceptance of the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

Limit of Liability – Golf Tours and Golf Events

We do our best to make sure that your arrangements are satisfactory, however many of the goods and services offered are supplied by third parties. Executive Golf Australia act only as an agent for those suppliers on your behalf. To the extent permitted by law, Executive Golf Australia excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever that may arise in any way in connection with the offer of goods and services by Executive Golf Australia or any third parties, or in connection with the supply of such services. In the cases where Executive Golf Australia does accept liability of the maximum amount to be paid will equal the amount paid for their tour or service.

Events beyond our control  – Golf Tours and Golf Events

Executive Golf Australia does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

Amendments – Golf Tours and Golf Events

Once a deposit has been paid, amendments are permitted. However, amendments instigated by the client/organiser will incur a $75.00 per amendment fee to cover administration costs and communication costs.

Please Note: – Golf Tours and Golf Events

Domestic flights are a separate charge and if required must be paid by you in full at the time of booking.

Included in your trip costing is our normal operating costs, such as charges and fees for research, itinerary preparation, arrangement costing etc. Each tour/holiday and or event as specified in the itinerary or booking represents a complete package of arrangements; an itemised breakdown of costs will not be furnished.

Payment of a deposit/fee or an invoice will indicate an acceptance of these conditions by the client/organiser/purchaser and/or passenger.
